Matt's career encompasses over 25 years of corporate and consulting practice leadership at firms such as Heublein, HCA, KPMG Peat Marwick, Archstone Consulting and ReNew Pharmaceuticals. Matt brings both the P&L and strategic insights that help drive brand, franchise, portfolio and company profits.

Matt has worked extensively in the Life Science, Payor and Provider segments of healthcare, helping brands and development teams reach their highest potential through sound strategic, market, business and brand planning. His work has spanned clients such as Pfizer, Novartis, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanante, Aetna, U.S. Surgical, Ethicon, J&J, Bayer, GSK, Allina Health System and many more.

His approach is practical and always with the focus that he is "in the shoes" of the client team requiring actionable ideas and recommendations based on sound research. Creativity and innovation remain a passion over the years and Matt has contributed to several books on the subject.

Beyond New England, Matt has supported several healthcare "start-ups" and boards through both financing and strategic growth planning support, as well as advisory roles with healthcare reform initiatives.

Matt graduated from the Wharton School of Business with degrees in Economics, Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.
